Prepare the files, check release readiness and publish with explicit confirmation.

Check that the public URL names the correct species. Never retry an unfinished transaction or manually delete release files.
Private administration. Every new care sheet requires expert review and a verified release before publishing. Your API key is not stored in this page.

Do not check boxes for work not yet completed. The AI draft remains provisional until a qualified review is completed. Live publication remains locked.

V7 · Private publishing preview

Create a private preview of a saved server draft. You must sign in above. No live website files, PDFs, QR labels, or care-library records are changed.

Exports are PRIVATE DRAFTS only. The printable care sheet uses your browser’s Print → Save as PDF. The QR points to an unpublished future URL; do not place it on any enclosure.

V7 · Publishing readiness check

Legacy read-only diagnostic from initial V7 development. Its older messages do not replace the current production release checks. This will not modify the website or approve husbandry data.

V7 · Server PDF / QR compatibility

Administrator-only inspection of installed PDF, graphics, and file-generation capabilities. Read-only: no files are created and nothing is published.

V7 · Production-layout PDF proof

Builds a clean care-protocol layout from the exact reviewed server draft. Download-only; no public files are created. The PDF is marked as a pre-publication proof until final deployment and QR verification are completed.

V7 · Server-generated draft PDFs

Administrator-only test. Produces a complete text-based care sheet PDF or a vector QR-label PDF using the saved server draft. No files are created on the public site. The QR matrix is encoded in this browser and drawn into a PDF by PHP.

V7 · Private backup & rollback test

Administrator-only staging test. Creates, backs up, modifies, and restores a disposable file inside private server storage. It does not access public care sheets and is not a live-publishing rollback test.

V7 · Full staging bundle rollback

Administrator-only test using three prebuilt sample assets: website HTML, care-sheet PDF and QR-label PDF. Creates, corrupts and restores a private test bundle. Does not deploy to the public site or modify real species files.

V7 · Real-draft staging recovery test

Build a three-file private bundle using the selected saved server draft and the two tested PDF exports, simulate a damaged staged bundle, and verify recovery. No public website files are modified.

V7 · Live publication dry run (no changes)

Administrator-only. Reads your selected server draft and checks the intended public paths and conflicts. Does not generate or write live files and cannot publish.

V7 · Live destination safety audit

Administrator-only, read-only inspection of the three actual public destinations, path conflicts, directory permissions, and matching husbandry review receipt. Does not write public files or enable publishing.

V7 · Disposable public-path deployment rehearsal

Administrator-only. Creates three clearly marked test files in the existing care-library destinations, simulates replacement and restore, then removes the test files. Does not publish a species or change any existing care sheet. A temporary test file may be publicly accessible while the test runs.

Publishing — not yet enabled

Publishing is intentionally disabled until administrator authentication, backups, and rollback are implemented. Saving a draft does not alter the website, PDF, QR codes, or Keeper App care library.

Visitors and staff may suggest species. Only your administrator login can view or process the private queue. Nothing submitted here is automatically approved or published.

V7 · Verify private production candidate

Checks stored file hashes, PDF signatures, the exact reviewed draft and independently decodes the QR modules from the QR-label PDF. Read-only: Live publishing stays LOCKED.

V7 · Private production preview & downloads

Download the exact three files stored in a verified production candidate. The server rechecks their hashes, matching reviewed draft and QR destination before each download. This is private inspection only. Approve & Publish stays locked.

After downloading, open each file and inspect the full page or PDF. These files are not public. The HTML will open locally as a file; it is not your published website. The QR will still point to the intended future page.

V7 · Exact production candidate deployment rehearsal

Runs a disposable deployment of the exact files you visually approved, into temporary test locations under the real website directories. It verifies SHA-256 integrity and removes the test files afterward. It cannot publish a species.

No real species folder will be created. A brief public test copy may exist while the rehearsal runs. The result does not yet certify recovery from a server crash.

V7 · Persistent journal & interrupted-deployment recovery test

Uses harmless, disposable test files only in the three real public destination directories. The first action records a private journal and deliberately leaves an unfinished test; the second action recovers it from a new server request. No reptile-care assets or species records are published. Live publishing remains locked.

If you close Safari or the connection drops after step 1, reopen this page and press 2. Recover interrupted test. Never run another deployment while a recovery journal is pending. This only tests disposal of unique new files; production rollback for existing species is still not enabled.

V7 · Locked production transaction preflight

Combines the exact verified production candidate, your matching husbandry approval, the persistent recovery-journal status and the three intended public destinations. Read-only; no live publishing or file creation.

This is a combined safety check, not a publisher. It does not test real production crash recovery, generate new assets, or make the species public.

V7 · Keeper App production compatibility check

Checks whether the exact saved production webpage is discoverable by your real Keeper App synchronisation parser. This was a missing requirement in the original production HTML. Read-only; publishing remains locked.

V7 · Production release controller — locked

Checks the exact corrected Keeper-compatible production candidate, the approved review receipt, QR contents, private recovery journal, live destinations and Keeper App parser in one server-side operation. It cannot publish or replace public files.

A passing result means the package and destinations are compatible; live transaction execution and real public HTTP/discovery testing still need to be implemented and validated before activation.

V7 · Exact-candidate interrupted transaction test

Safely tests the exact reviewed production PDFs and a partial webpage under uniquely named disposable public locations. The first request leaves a persistent private journal; a second request verifies and removes the test files. It cannot publish a real species. Live publishing stays locked.

When step 1 succeeds, always run step 2. If recovery reports an error, do not start another test or delete files manually. This is a controlled interrupted-write simulation, not full live publication or true power-loss recovery.

V7 · Public HTTPS & Keeper App discovery rehearsal

Tests a clearly labeled temporary, non-animal entry through the real website and Keeper catalogue. The exact verified production PDFs are briefly accessible under random test URLs, and the browser checks their SHA-256 hashes. The test then deletes all temporary files. No real species is published; live publishing stays LOCKED.

If the cleanup button reports an error, stop and send the message. Do not run another test or manually delete files. This verifies temporary HTTPS delivery and Keeper endpoint discovery, not a genuine species publish, production rollback or interrupted power-loss recovery.

Publish a reviewed new species

Uses the exact verified production candidate for any reviewed new species only. The server-side live switch is OFF by default; approval alone never enables it. Deployment has a recovery journal and must pass public HTTPS, PDF hashes and online Keeper discovery before finalization.

Safety: A pending release must be finalized or recovered before starting another. Never remove publication files manually or enable the live switch before reviewing the test results.
