Privacy & offline storage

This app accesses the public Legend Reptiles Care Library over HTTPS. Species care guides do not require an account or password.

Saved care sheets

The species list and care data are saved in this browser or installed app’s local database for offline access. Anyone using the same app on this device can view these public saved guides.

Choose App options → Remove saved care sheets to delete the app’s saved catalogue and schedules. You can download the library again when online.

Updates and removals

The app checks the live website catalogue on opening, returning to the foreground, reconnecting and every five minutes while visible. Removed species and their saved sheets are removed from the app after a successful catalogue sync. Offline users retain their last synced version until they reconnect.

Offline storage can be evicted by your device or browser. Saved copies may be older than the website; the app shows sync status. PDF and reference links require an internet connection.

Website logs

Normal hosting logs may record request times and IP addresses according to the website’s hosting configuration. This app adds no advertising, analytics SDK or third-party tracking service.
